For more than 60 years, we have been providing polishing, sandblasting, and hard chrome plating services for plastic injection molds, melamine molds, PVC molds, SMC (Sheet Molding Compound), BMC (Bulk Molding Compound), pultrusion, and blow molds—developed and perfected for outstanding surface quality.

Through our collaborations with both manufacturing and production companies, we play an important role in the revision, new production mirror polishing, and hard chrome plating of 3-layer CO-EX PE film extruders, 5-layer CO-EX film extruders, and MONO, AB, ABA, ABC, ABCDE CO-EX film machines.

Chromium is a metallic element. Due to its very hard structure and a melting point of 1857°C, it provides metals with hardness and durability.

Advantages of Chrome Plating:

• High surface hardness (up to 63°RC).

• Resistance to wear and temperature variations.

• Resistance to chemical effects and corrosion.

• Low surface roughness.

• Anti-magnetic surface.

• Easier machining and lower cost compared to stainless steel materials.

• In case of wear, the coating can be chemically removed and the base material (iron, steel, copper, etc.) can be re-plated.
